Terms & conditions:

If already discount or scheme applicable on any service/product than further discount shall not be applicable.
Member shall be able to avail one discount on one service or product at a time.
The family included husband-wife and their unmarried children.
Free services can be availed any time during the membership period on prior appointment basis.
This card is valid for 2 years.
Free services don’t include consumables, members have to pay extra for consumables.
Under family membership, two free services offered can be availed by any members out of eligible family members.
Membership under this card is personalized and can’t be transferred or service can’t be gifted to any other person.
DKLC has the right to change the terms and conditions of this card any time.
DKLC has the right to cancel or deny membership.
In case of cancelation of membership by DKLC fee shall be refunded on an average basis.
In case the member has used all free services, In that case, there shall be no refund.
Membership can be upgraded from Gold to platinum but not to be degraded.
In case the member lost the card, he/she has to pay 200 rupees to get a new card.
Member must carry the card on visiting the DKLC.
