45 days Health Challenge

Health is all about interest and commitment for the self but it always needs guidance at a certain point. We at Dr. Kumar’s Lifestyle Center always believe in small goals to achieve bigger targets. Here we challenge you to join this program and regain your lost health which you only dream now. If you fail we fail. Only 45 days, in which 90 hours actively with us and rest of hours as per our guidelines, which you have to spend according to us and you will witness the change.

Step-1

 Prescreening of health which includes – blood test, Radiology Test, BCA, consultation with all specialists and another clinical testing as required.

 Setting up the milestone to be achieved.

 On clearing this stage if the candidate found eligible for this program, he/she shall be taken in.

Step-2

 A complete 45 days schedule shall be shared with him/her along with time and therapies with full day wise precaution list.

Step-3

 Signing a health contract and consent form with details terms and conditions.

Step-4

 Weekly evaluation, a complete weekly evaluation shall be done.

Step-5

 Post completion evaluation to measure and compare the result achieved along with providing the follow-up course and giving DKLC Wellness Club membership.

Terms and condition:

•  This program is completely based on alternative medicines such as Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga Therapy, diet & nutrition and psychotherapy.
•  This program shall be designed personalized based on your health conditions and goals decided.
•  This program is holistic in nature and designed to achieve broader health goals.
•  Refund terms shall apply only in case you follow the complete program as per given schedule and still defines goal not achieved.

Total cost prescribed for this course is divided into two parts:

•  Consumable part
•  Service part
•  Only service part is refundable in case of defined goal not achieved.
•  Any test required during this program shall cost extra.
•  Any medical support during this program shall cost extra.
•  All radiology test such as USG, X-ray, etc. done at prescreening level shall cost extra.
•  Any special requirement of dietary supplements shall cost extra.
•  Once started this program can’t be postponed or stopped and in that case no cost shall be refundable.
•  After prescreening patient can opt for a suitable batch only in case of the seat is available.
•  All therapies to be provided shall be completely natural and has almost no side effects.
•  In case of any reaction and side effect DKLC shall not be responsible.
