Way to Health and Happiness
Hypertension is known for high blood pressure in the blood vessels. People’s blood pressure increases in accordance with their age, sex, physical activity, family history, and diet. The blood pressure of a healthy adult is 120 mmHg systolic and 80 mmHg diastolic.
Hypertension is a psychophysical disorder, where mental health also plays a very important role. Today, hypertension is primarily caused by unhealthy diets and sedentary lifestyles, over-stress, anxiety, unhappy state etc. It narrows blood vessels and produces toxins. Due to this, high blood pressure is caused by the blood exerting more pressure to circulate.
Since Ayurveda treats the root cause of hypertension instead of just treating symptoms, it has a long-term and deeper effect.
